Ivory Coast
30 October 2015
With the new project we arrive to a new country. Humiclima moves again, this time to the Ivory Coast, most precisely to the city of Abidjan, economic and political center of the country. Humiclima starts two new projects, the MEP installations of the brand new Noom and SeeN Hotels with 257 and 149 guestrooms respectively.
Life in this country has come back to normal after the Civil War suffered between 2002 and 2007 and the political conflict on 2010 that confronted supporters of the two main political parties. Nowadays, Ivory Coast is the 4th economy in West Africa after Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon, furthermore, the African Development Bank has moved back again his offices to the city. Humiclima has a commitment in the area, we have projects in Togo and Benin.
These two hotels in Abidjan are city hotels target to a business guests without neglecting tourist guests.
Both hotels have been designed as environmental-friendly hotels. Both re-use the energy produced by the chillers to get domestic hot water.
