Works moves forward in the city of Manacor (Balearic Islands, Spain), tennis player’s home town and the place chosen to host this project.

Once it is finished, the Sports Centre will have a built area of 24.014 m2 that will include 18 tennis courts, college, hall of residence. It will also have 3 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, 7 a side soccer field, sports track, as well as medical center, shopping and entertainment area. There will have 35 apartments to be used by professional sports teams coming to train at the island.
