SAINT KITTS

Less than three years ago, Humiclima stepped ahead when incorporating to its portfolio of clients some of the most renowned American hospitality companies. Working with Marriott was followed by Hyatt and later Royalton.

Together with Hyatt we arrive to St. Kitts located at the Lesser Antilles  in the Caribbean. Humiclima lands with a new project, Park Hyatt St. Kitts, this resort of new construction by Hyatt is slated to open its doors by the end of 2016.

The 5* resort places at Christophe Harbour and will provide 147 guest rooms, spa, gym, pools, restaurants, kids club and conference & meeting halls. Humiclima carries out HVAC, hoods exhaust, fire protection system and BMS (Building Management System).
